In light of complaints by lawyers, including the ones who went to Jagatpuri, the letter states,."I request you to forthwith issue instructions to your Personnel not to interfere with the duties of the lawyers towards their clients, the society and to rule of law, but rather facilitate the members of the SCBA in their humanitarian work.".The SCBA has also asked for a Nodal Officer to be appointed to deal with issues faced by the association and its lawyers.
