[Delhi Riots] Supreme Court asks Delhi High Court to decide plea for FIR against Kapil Mishra, Anurag Thakur in 3 months

The top court was hearing the plea filed by three victims of the Delhi riots, stating that they "were losing hope" since the Delhi High Court was not hearing their case.

The Supreme Court has asked the Delhi High Court to decide expeditiously, preferably within three months, a plea seeking registration of case against BJP leaders Kapil Mishra, Anurag Thakur, Parvesh Verma and Abhay Verma for their alleged hate speech which the petitioners claimed, incited the northeast Delhi riots of 2020.
