Delhi Judicial Academy, USPTO and US Justice Department to hold International Judicial Conclave on Intellectual Property Rights

The Delhi Judicial Academy, United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the US Department of Justice are jointly organizing an International Judicial Conclave on Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).

The conclave will be held on March 16 and 17 at the premises of the Delhi High Court.

Over the course of two days, the Conclave will explore a variety of topical and cutting-edge issues in intellectual property rights, ranging from Artificial Intelligence (AI) to Standard Essential Patents. It will also delve into topics such as online piracy and the emerging frontiers of Trade Marks, Trade Secrets, and Industrial Designs.

The sessions will feature an illustrious panel of speakers including judges, practitioners and academics from various jurisdictions like India, United States of America, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka and the Maldives.

Registration is free and mandatory, since seating is limited to individual attendees on a first come basis. Organisations, including law schools, may register up to 5 attendees before March 10.
