Delhi High Court sees transfer of four judges to Meghalya, AP, Gujarat, Madras

In a move that has surprised many, the collegium under Chief Justice TS Thakur has decided on the transfer of four judges from the Delhi High Court. Suresh Kait, Justice Valmiki Mehta, VP Vaish and Rajiv Shakhder JJ. shall soon be moving to the High courts of Meghalaya, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat and Madras.
