Delhi High Court seeks reply from Centre on DHCBA plea for expansion of High Court building

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday issued notice to the Union Ministry of Law and Justice, Ministry of Housing and Urban affairs and to the High Court registry on a plea seeking directions for expansion of the High Court building by creating more courtrooms, lawyers chambers and other allied infrastructure facilities [Delhi High Court Bar Association & Anr v Union of India & Ors].
