Delhi High Court says fraction of cause of action in Delhi not enough to invoke its jurisdiction

The Court added that even though it has wide discretionary powers to entertain a case on the ground that a fraction of the cause of action arose in Delhi, the exercise of such powers depends upon the facts of each case.
