Delhi High Court rejects plea to postpone CA exams after Lok Sabha elections

The Court observed that just because some candidates may face difficulty is no ground to derail the exams which is being undertaken by 4.26 lakh people.

The Delhi High Court on Monday dismissed a plea seeking directions to postpone the Chartered Accountants (CA) exams to June so that they do not clash with the Lok Sabha elections [Harish Chandar T and Others v The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India].
