Delhi High Court rejects plea by former Jharkhand CM Madhu Koda to suspend conviction in coal scam

Koda, who served as Jharkhand's Chief Minister between 2006 and 2008, was convicted by a CBI court on corruption charges. He had sought a suspension of his conviction to contest in State elections.
