Delhi High Court refuses to entertain writ petition to implement Women's Reservation Bill before 2024 polls

A lawyer had approached Court seeking directions to the Central government to expedite the implementation of the Women’s Reservation Bill. The Court today opined that the petitioner ought to have filed a PIL.
