Delhi High Court refuses to entertain plea by BRS for deletion of election symbols similar to 'car'

The Delhi High Court recently refused to entertain a plea by Telangana's ruling party, Bharat Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) seeking deletion of several ‘free symbols’ that are similar to their election symbol of car [Bharat Rashtra Samithi v Election Commission of India & Anr].
