Delhi High Court issues notice to BCI on plea for Right to Education Act as compulsory subject in law courses

The Delhi High Court on Friday issued notice to the Bar Council of India (BCI) on an application seeking inclusion of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (RTE Act) as a compulsory subject in the curriculum for LL.B. courses.
