B from Punjab University, Chandigarh and began his legal career as an Advocate before the Punjab & Haryana High Court in 1983..He joined the Delhi Higher Judicial Service in 1995 and presided over as Additional District Judge, Additional Sessions Judge, Special Judge (NDPS), Essential Commodity Act, CBI Trial, Presiding Officer Industrial Tribunal, cases investigated by DRI and Customs..He was appointed as District Judge-cum-Special Judge, PC Act (CBI) in May 2009..Justice Teji was elevated as Additional Judge of the Delhi High Court with effect from December 15, 2014.
