Delhi High Court seeks BCD, DHCBA, district associations reply to PIL for 33% women's quota in Bar elections

The Delhi High Court on Thursday issued notices to the Bar Council of Delhi (BCD), the Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA) and all the district bar associations of the capital on a plea seeking 33% reservation for women in all Bar elections [Shobha Gupta Advocate v. Bar Council of Delhi & Ors] .
