The Delhi High Court on Wednesdy issued notice to Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Member of Parliament Bansuri Sauraj on a plea filed by Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Somnath Bharti challenging the former's election from the New Delhi Lok Sabha constituency [Somnath Bharti v. Bansuri Swaraj & Ors].
