Delhi High Court allows continuation of stem cell treatment for two children with autism

The therapy was stopped after a National Medical Commission committee recommended that administering stem cell treatment will amount to professional misconduct.

The Delhi High Court recently allowed two children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) to continue undergoing stem cell treatment and said that abrupt cessation of treatment may not be in the best interest of the patients.
