Delhi HC rules on One Bar, One Vote; Prez Khosla to file an SLP

The litigation over the Delhi High Court Bar Association elections is likely to reach the Supreme Court. Once again. Three days ago, the Delhi High Court’s Ravindra Bhat and Siddharth Mridul, JJ. passed an order clarifying the applicability of the One Bar, One Vote principle with respect to this year’s elections. And current DHCBA President, Rajiv Khosla, is likely to challenge this in the apex court.
