Delhi HC issues notice to Google, Facebook, Twitter for making Kathua victim’s photo available

The Delhi High Court yesterday issued notice to American companies Google LLC, Facebook Inc., Twitter Inc. and others in the suo motu case initiated against several media outlets for disclosing the identity of the Kathua gangrape victim.
