[Delhi Air Pollution] Intentions of governments good but implementation zero: Supreme Court

The Court gave States time till Wednesday evening to comply with the directions issued by the Centre failing which it might considering setting up an independent task force to enforce compliance.

The Supreme Court on Monday said that it might have to set up an independent task force to ensure that directions issued by it and the Central government to curb air pollution are implemented by the concerned States on the ground (Aditya Dubey v. Union of India).
