The Firms Platform allows all colleagues to develop practice areas and clients under the larger umbrella of the firm. This allows professional satisfaction rather than being just employees under a fancy designation. The firm strives on individual’s growth, the individual will contribute to the firm’s growth. Eat what you kill. Except for liability, everything is shared” Desai explained. .On the reason for moving to a new office, Desai explained that the earlier office had space constraints. “Also, if you have to grow, one has to move, there has to be space to grow. Sitting in the same place for over 5 years won’t feel like growth”, Desai said.
