Prior to that she was with Amarchand Mangaldas, where she was part of the general corporate practice and advised on a variety of M&A and PE transactions and employment law matters..Roy is a 2013 graduate of ILS Law College Pune and leads the Finance & Infrastructure practices at the firm.
