Considered an authority in the field of Banking and Financial Services, he has authored and co-authored several books on diverse subjects, including widely read titles like ‘Dishonour of Cheques and Innovative Digital Frauds’, ‘Law Relating to Guarantees’ and ‘Documentary Letters of Credit - A review of cases from the courts of India’, amongst others. Contributing significantly to the growth of the firm, Aggarwal has been instrumental in expanding firm’s initial expansion to Mumbai and later expanding firm’s international footprint to Singapore and Doha.
