She has significant experience in structuring, setting-up and documentation of investment funds in India and overseas. Gaurita advises asset management companies and sponsors in the formation, structuring, and negotiation of a wide variety of private investment vehicles. Majority of her work in the last 10 years has been leading investment fund set-ups and raises involving investments from DFIs and multilateral institutions.Prior to joining SAM, Udiyawar was working at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP as an Associate.
