The London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) has appointed Kevin Nash as its new Director General, effective January 1, 2025..Kevin Nash will succeed Prof Dr Jacomijn van Haersolte-van Hof, who led the LCIA over the past decade. .Nash will oversee all aspects of the LCIA’s work, notably casework, business development, and the institution's management. He will focus on promoting the LCIA’s services and fostering collaboration with key stakeholders in the legal and business communities, strengthened by the support and experience of Deputy Director General Jamie Harrison..Prior to his LCIA appointment, Nash was the Registrar at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), where he played a major role in the Centre's success.As Registrar of SIAC, he led the SIAC Secretariat in the provision of case management services. Over the past decade, Nash has overseen the administration of thousands of international cases under all versions of the SIAC Rules and the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
