Shryeshth Ramesh Sharma has joined SKV Law Offices as a Partner in its Disputes practice team, where he will be focusing on regulatory and policy disputes and white collar crime practice..In his extensive experience of over 18 years, Sharma has advised clients on diverse disputes on policy infirmities and challenges, contractual disputes including reciprocity and performance, multiple sector-based regulatory proceedings and appeals. He has advised and represented various corporate houses, and individuals, in matters involving economic offences. Apart from successfully achieving closure of complex criminal investigations through Court processes, Sharma has represented and assisted clients in navigating through the lifespan of criminal trials, including cases involving special offences and business crimes.
