Seher Ali leaves Bharti Enterprises to join Antares Legal as Partner

Bharti Enterprises’ General Manager - Legal Seher Ali has joined Antares Legal as a Partner.

Ali is a 2005 graduate of Delhi University. Prior to her stint at Bharti Enterprises, Ali was a Partner at Dua Associates, before which she was Partner at Tatva Legal.

With over 16 years of extensive experience in corporate and commercial laws, and litigation, she brings to Antares a wealth of experience. She has specialized knowledge in telecom, pharma, real estate, hospitality, defence and education sectors and has also advised on litigation matters before the Supreme Court and High Courts.

On Ali’s induction into the partnership, Antares Partner Siddharth Bhavnani said,

Antares Legal's Surbhi Kothiala has been elevated as Principal Associate, with effect from November 1, 2021.

Kothiala is a 2015 graduate of Faculty of Laws, University of Delhi. She has previously worked with J. Sagar Associates, AZB Partners and the ALP Group prior to joining Antares Legal in 2019.
