Samvād Partner Manu Varghese joins VERTICES PARTNERS as a Partner in Corporate Practice

Manu Varghese has joined VERTICES PARTNERS as a Partner in Corporate Practice and will be a significant part of the operations in the Mumbai and the Bengaluru offices.

Varghese is a 2007 graduate of National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata.

Varghese has over 17+ years of experience in advising clients on strategic acquisitions and exits, private equity investments, joint ventures, inbound foreign investments, divestment of businesses and assets, outbound investments, FDIs, cross-border transactions, and joint ventures.

Prior to joining VERTICES PARTNERS, he contributed his expertise at Samvād: Partners and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
