DSK Partner Samit Shukla joins Trilegal as Partner in Real Estate and Disputes practice

DSK Legal Partner Samit Dilip Shukla has joined Trilegal as a Partner in Real Estate and Disputes practice.

Shukla is an alumnus of the University of Mumbai and is a Bombay Incorporated Law Society Solicitor.

With 16 years of experience, Shukla is a noted litigator specializing in real estate disputes and regulatory matters

Before joining Trilegal, he was with DSK Legal for over 12 years and held the position of a Partner, handling several precedent-setting real estate disputes. He has advised leading developers, gaining extensive experience in complex legal matters across the real estate sector.
