Pioneer Legal has promoted two of its Counsel - Anupam Shukla and Shoubhik Dasgupta - to partnership..Shukla graduated from Symbiosis International University, Pune and was a member of the founding team of Pioneer Legal when he joined the firm in April 2019 as a Counsel. He has gained extensive experience in private equity transactions while working on several investment deals, including joint ventures and foreign investments. Shukla also developed expertise in the privacy and tech space and will be heading the Technology Law practice of the firm. Dasgupta holds a Master's in Business Administration from ICFAI, Hyderabad and completed his law graduation from Symbiosis International University, Pune. He also joined Pioneer Legal in April 2019 as a Counsel and was a founding member. Over the years, he has advised many multinational clients and funds - both domestic and overseas - on private equity and M&A deals in the automobile, insurance and manufacturing space. .On the promotions, Managing Partner Satish Kishanchandani said,“Both Anupam and Shoubhik joined our team right out of college and what a journey it has been.
