NPAC enriches its governing council with inclusion of three more members

The Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre (NPAC) recently welcomed Justice FM Ibrahim Kalifulla, Leigh-Ann Mulcahy, and Jimmy Yim to its Governing Council with an aim to bolster its efforts to achieve its objectives..Justice FM Ibrahim Kalifulla is a former judge of the Supreme Court of India. Notably, after his retirement, he was appointed to head the Ayodhya Mediation Panel. She has been the President of the Guernsey Financial Services Commission's Panel of Senior Decision-Makers. She served as a Deputy High Court Judge from 2016 to 2022. She is enrolled at the Bar of England and Wales and has also been admitted to the Republic of Ireland Bar. Her contributions have been recognized through numerous accolades, including being awarded Group Litigation and Consumer Silk of the Year 2022..Jimmy Yim is a renowned Barrister, Senior Counsel and Chairman of Drew & Napier LLC. As a senior attorney, he has appeared before the Supreme Court, SICC and the International Court of Arbitration. .The NPAC is a non-profit organization established in 2005.
