NovoJuris Legal has announced the elevation of Ashwin Bhat as the Deputy Managing Partner. As the Deputy Managing Partner, Bhat will work along with Founder & Managing Partner Sharda Balaji to lead the firm’s strategic growth and expansion..With over 7+ years of being with NovoJuris Legal, Bhat’s overall experience spans a decade with core areas of his expertise being Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Venture Capital Transactions, and general corporate practice. Playing a key role in structuring investments, formulating entry and exit strategies, and maneuvering complex M&A deals, he works for a diverse range of clients, including international and domestic private equity and venture capital funds, accelerators, incubators, and Indian business houses, guiding them through sector-specific challenges, and regulatory constraints.
