Lumiere Law Partners (formerly PDS Legal) recently hired Group General Counsel & Director (Legal) at Max Healthcare Atulya Sharma as a Partner in its Corporate Law practice. .Sharma has previously worked as Global General Counsel for Apollo Tyres Group, Group General Counsel for Deutsche Bank AG (South Asia & Mauritius), Group General Counsel for IDFC and Senior Counsel with IFC (World Bank’s Private Equity Arm). He has also worked with HSA Advocates, Desai & Diwanji and Dua Associates.
