Equity Partners at Naik Naik & Co, Madhu Gadodia and Abhishek Kale have been designated as Deputy Managing Partners of the firm with effect from April 1, 2021..Madhu Gadodia focuses on the Media & Entertainment sector and has represented some of the biggest production houses, celebrities and brands. She handles both non-contentious matters and litigation in the sector, both civil and criminal. Along with Equity Partner Abha Shah, Madhu will be focusing on newer avenues within the sector including convergence and technology..Abhishek Kale focuses on corporate and commercial litigation matters and has extensive experience in handling matters pertaining to Insolvency & Bankruptcy and both domestic and International arbitration..Speaking on the promotions, Founder & Managing Partner of Naik Naik & Co, Ameet B Naik expressed, “My philosophy has been to promote merit, dynamic and solution-driven thinking.
