JSA Partner Rahul Deodhar joins Phoenix Legal as Partner in General Corporate Practice

Rahul Deodhar has joined Phoenix Legal as a Partner. He will work in the firm's Mumbai office and will be part of its General Corporate, M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital practice.

Deodhar graduated from Savitribai Phule Pune University in 2011 and is a qualified Company Secretary (CS).

He has over 13 years of experience. His areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate restructuring and reorganizations, and general corporate and commercial transactions. Deodhar has advised large domestic companies, multinational corporations, private equity firms, venture capital funds, start-ups, and early-stage emerging companies.

Before joining Phoenix Legal, Deodhar was a Partner at JSA. He has previously worked with Desai & Diwanji and KPMG.
