Former Partner at HSA Advocates, Saurya Bhattacharya has joined J. Sagar Associates (JSA) as a Partner in the Corporate Practice at the Firm's Mumbai office. .Bhattacharya is a 2007 graduate of the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS), Kolkata and has an LL.M. in Corporate and Financial Laws from OP Jindal Global University (JGU) in 2022..With close to 16 years of experience, Bhattacharya specialises in domestic and cross border corporate matters, with special focus on M&A, joint ventures, investments/fund raise, asset and business sale, commercial contracts, corporate compliance, and strategic advisory.
