Gravitas Legal has elevated Principal Associate Ajay Kumar to partnership and has welcomed Kaynat Sheikh and Apoorva Chandra as Partners with effect from May 1, 2024..Kumar is a 2014 graduate of the University of Lucknow. He holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law from Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow.He will now focus on strengthening the Restructuring & Insolvency practice of the firm. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience in contentious matters involving complex issues and a variety of financing transactions..Sheikh will bolster the Energy, Infrastructure and Dispute Resolution practices at the firm.
