Google Counsel Varun Jain joins Singhania & Partners as a Partner

Former Head of Government Affairs and Public Policy, Compute+ of Google India, Varun Jain has joined Singhania & Partners LLP as a Partner in the firm's Regulatory & Government Advisory Practice. .Jain is a 2015 law graduate of the Delhi University and has an MBA from Indian School of Business in 2003 and an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School in 2009.Jain has more than two decades of experience in heavily regulated industries like pharmaceuticals, big tech, medical devices, and aerospace spanning leading MNC’s like Google, Honeywell, Gilead, Medtronic, and Tata Consultancy Services. .Prior to joining Singhania & Partners, Jain held the position of Head of Government Affairs and Public Policy, Compute+ of Google India for nearly a year..At Singhania & Partners, Jain will spearhead the Regulatory & Government Advisory Practice for the firm, with the mission to help clients shape an enabling policy environment and manage regulatory risks. Additionally, he will also be supporting the Corporate & Commercial Practice. Jain has also served as a Trustee at Sanskriti Foundation - a pioneering platform for art and culture in the city of Delhi.
