Saikrishna lawyer Eshani Kaul joins Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys as Partner

Eshani Kaul has joined Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys as a Partner.

Kaul is a 2011 graduate of Faculty of Law, Delhi University.

With nearly two decades of experience in Intellectual Property law, Kaul has deep expertise in the IP field. She primarily focuses on trademark and brand protection law, advising a wide range of local and international clients in relation to all aspects of brand protection including IP due diligence, trade mark clearance searches, registrability issues, filing and prosecution of trade mark applications, assignments, oppositions, revocation and invalidity actions, domain name disputes and complete portfolio management.

Prior to joining Sujata Chaudhri IP Attorneys, Kaul was associated with Saikrishna & Associates for nearly 13 years.
