Six other ELP lawyers will join the new entity..Sivaprakasam started his career as a lawyer practicing before the Madras High Court. He then switched to in-house practice in 1996 with Bank of Baroda, after which he moved to Standard Chartered Bank in 2001, where he worked till 2004. He was also associated with Axis Bank from 2004 to early 2005.
