DU grad Amit Kataria joins King & Spalding as M&A and Private Equity Partner

Former Partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP, Amit Kataria has quit to join King & Spalding as a Partner in the firm's Corporate, Finance & Investments (CFI) practice group at its London and New York offices..Kataria is a 2004 graduate of Delhi University and earned his LL.M. from Columbia Law School in 2007. With over 15 years of experience, Kataria began his career at Debevoise & Plimpton. He went on to work with Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP as a registered foreign lawyer for over 3 years.
