Dhruv Janssen-Sanghavi leaves Nishith Desai Associates to launch Janssen-Sanghavi & Associates

Dr. Dhruv Janssen-Sanghavi, has set up his own firm, Janssen-Sanghavi & Associates - International Tax Counsel. The firm will have offices in Amsterdam and in Mumbai..This strategic move comes after serving as the Co-Head of the International Tax and International Tax Litigation practices at Nishith Desai Associates for over three years..With a career spanning over 17 years, Janssen-Sanghavi has earned a reputation for his expertise in international tax law and policy. He has made noteworthy contributions to international tax scholarship and public policy. He is a recipient of the 2017 IFA President YIN Scientific Award and the 2013 IBA Tax Section scholarship. Having started his career with Nishith Desai Associates in 2007, Janssen-Sanghavi also worked with Vaish Associates before moving to academia in the Netherlands.
