Trilegal lawyer Dhruv Chatterjee joins Saraf as a Partner in Corporate, M&A, and PE practices

Dhruv Chatterjee has joined Saraf and Partners as a Partner in the firm's Corporate, M&A and Private Equity practices .

Chatterjee is a 2011 graduate of the National Law Institute University, Bhopal.

Specializing in a spectrum of corporate areas including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital, and strategic corporate advisory, Chatterjee brings with him over a decade of extensive experience in delivering tailored solutions to clients.

Chatterjee has honed his specialisation in sectors such as infrastructure, renewable energy, manufacturing, e-commerce, fintech, retail, EV ridesharing, and EV infrastructure.

Prior to joining the firm, Chatterjee was working at Trilegal as Counsel. He has previously also worked at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and erstwhile Platinum Partners.
