Former Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Partners, Danish Kazi and Manan Mehta have joined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas as Partners in the General Corporate Practice in Mumbai. .Kazi is a 2005 graduate of the ILS Law College, Pune. .Kazi specialises in private equity, mergers & acquisitions and corporate restructuring. He has over 15 years of experience and has advised sovereign wealth funds, pension funds and private equity funds on their investments and divestments in India. He has also advised large Indian conglomerates on their restructuring, cross border transactions and joint ventures..Prior to joining Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, he held the position of a Partner at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas for over 4 years..Mehta has close to two decades of experience in mergers & acquisitions and securities law, corporate restructuring, corporate & commercial law, insolvency and bankruptcy, capital markets and litigation & arbitration.
