Christopher Manoharan and Ramasamy Santhanakrishnan have joined the Chennai office of Kochhar & Co as Partners at the firm's Corporate and Disputes practices respectively..Manoharan is a 1994 graduate of the National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore.He has joined the firm as a Senior Partner at the Chennai Office. Manoharan specialises in corporate commercial transactions, venture capital and private equity transactions, joint ventures, trademark litigation and raid execution, large IT outsourcing deals, licensing agreements, commercial real estate, employment law, and government policy. He has had substantial experience handling early-stage investments in venture funding and private equity, in joint ventures and technical collaborations.
