Aditya Singh has been elected as a Partner at the Singapore office of White & Case.
Having previously worked in New York and London, Singh is triple-qualified to practise law in India, England & Wales and New York.
He is a 2011 graduate of NALSAR University of Law and has an LL.M. from Yale Law School. He now serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the National University of Singapore's Faculty of Law. He was also a Student Empirical Research Fellow at the Harvard Law School’s Program on the Legal Profession, and was a Grotius Fellow and Visiting Scholar at the University of Michigan Law School.
With over 9 years of experience, Singh represents governments and commercial clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings across the world. He has also advised States and international organizations on a wide range of public international law matters, and has broad experience in India-related disputes.
Singh also advises clients in relation to government and corporate internal investigations, including those involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Singh's elevation is among 59 firm-wide promotions announced at White & Case last week.
