Delhi-based independent counsel Aditya Chatterjee has joined the partnership of Keystone Partners in its Bangalore office, while continuing to practice in Delhi..Chatterjee is a 2012 graduate of Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Gandhinagar, and holds an LL.M. in Litigation and International Dispute Resolution from UC Berkeley – School of Law..He started his career at Keystone Partners as a litigator in Bangalore and was among the firm's first associates. In 2017, he went on to work with AZB & Partners at New Delhi in the firm's dispute resolution team, specializing in international commercial arbitration, commercial disputes and Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code related matters. Since November 2019, he has been practicing as an independent counsel..Prior to re-joining Keystone Partners, Chatterjee represented clients in disputes across industries that include aviation, cargo, railway, FMCG, broadcasting, and hospitality.
