Former Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) Partner and Co-Head of its Real Estate practice Abhishek Sharma has set up his own independent practice, called Abhishek Sharma & Associates..Sharma is a 2002 graduate of the Government Law College, Mumbai. He has more than 20 years of practice as a qualified Solicitor. Over the course of his career, he has employed both traditional model of advice, along with the mature adoption of deal-friendly international standards for complex cross-border transactions in the real estate private equity space. He has advised marquee developers, domestic and foreign funds, financial institutions, corporate house, NRIs and high net worth individuals on various facets of real estate transactions and the regulatory framework in India..He started his professional journey with Wadia Ghandy & Co, following which he joined Khaitan & Co, where he rose to the partnership in 2011.
