Collegium recommends Justice TS Sivagnanam as next Chief Justice of Calcutta High Court

The Collegium noted that the Madras High Court, which is the parent High Court of Justice Sivagnanam, has only one Chief Justice of a High Court - Justice S Manikumar of the Kerala High Court.
