These candidates will be able to submit their applications from March 16 onwards..RMLNLU Lucknow, the organising university has changed its stance, following recent orders by the Allahabad and Rajasthan High Courts declaring the rule invalid..According to the students who had filed the original peititon, the CLAT notification was uploaded on the website today, the same day as a copy of the Allahabad High Court order was to be served to the university..The notification does state that this decision will be, “subject to final decision of the apropriate court in this mater” indicating that there are possibilities of an appeal being filed. RMLNLU’s Vice Chancellor, Dr. Gurdip Singh, could not be reached for comment at time of publication.
