CJI Dattu directs ED to continue instructing “amicus” KKV in 2G cases

Chief Justice of India, HL Dattu today directed the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to continue instructing KK Venugopal in the cases related to 2G scam, reports NDTV. The hearing today pertained to the Aircel Maxis case in which BJP leader Subramanian Swamy has sought chargesheeting of former Finance Minister P Chidambaram for his role in grant of FIPB approval for the deal.
