Do Not Disturb: Allahabad HC asks Judicial Officers not to send messages to Chief Justice’s mobile number

The Registrar General of the Allahabad High Court has written a letter to all district judges of the state’s subordinate judiciary requesting them to not send any messages to the mobile number of the Chief Justice Govind Mathur, except in any extreme exigency.
